Vik is a Real Estate Advisor, serving all of Metro Vancouver with a focus on Vancouver & Burnaby, since 2014. With a background in hospitality, construction, and management, Vik has a passion for being the very best at what he does.

Vik obtained his Bachelor’s of Commerce in India, where he was born and raised. However, his passion for hospitality and food took him to Australia. The hospitality industry gave Vik 4 core values that he applies every day to his work: Creativity, Customer Service Excellence, Positivity, and a “Make it happen” attitude.

A desire to move closer to his family brought Vik to Vancouver in 2010. His family’s background in construction and real estate inspired him to become a Realtor® and he first opened the doors of Vik Sharma PREC in January 2014, to fully execute on his passion for real estate and deliver its benefits to his clients. After thoroughly studying this approach and seeing it in action during his 8 years in Vancouver, Vik has gained a deep understanding of market drivers and buyer motivation to achieve enviable outcomes for his clients. A skilled negotiator who combines tenacity with sharp business acumen, Vik is known for his ability to secure – and invariably exceed – his vendor’s reserve.

The Greater Vancouver area is unique, with several provincial and federal agencies working together and separately to govern growth rates, and deal with affordable housing, among a few of the issues. Vik keeps himself up to date on the local and national matters that confront the real estate industry as it is of paramount importance in assisting each client that comes to him.

His passion for Real Estate lies in helping his customers. He has worked extensively in buying and selling of condos, pre-sales, new constructions, land developments, and income properties and is eager to share his extensive knowledge in buying and selling Real Estate.
