Since 2016 Andy has had the privilege of working with his eldest son Jake. Now in his fourth year as a licensed realtor Jake is learning the practical skills required to serve the Lea team client’s. In addition Jake is a part-time student at UBC pursuing his Degree in Business Real Estate (an advanced program in real estate studies) at the Sauder School of Business.
