::EDIT:: Since posting my initial review Patti reached out to me. The contact email off the website had not been moved to the new server since updating their website which is why there was a delay in response. My conversation with Patti showed me how much she cared about not only her clients but those who engage with her team. She was extremely genuine and made no excuses for the poor experience I had. Based on my conversation with Patti I would have no qualms working with her or recommending her individually in the future. ------------- I requested a viewing of one of their listed properties in New Westminster. I was provided via email a few different timeframes by Adam and requested 12:30pm on a Sunday for our appointment. Adam confirmed with his reply by stating 12:30pm Sunday worked for him. I arrived early and called Adam at 12:29pm to be told by him "....I never confirmed your appointment". When I advised he had and could send him a screenshot of the email as confirmation he said, "That's impossible as I can't be in two places at once." I asked if he would be coming and he said no. He made no attempt to re-schedule. To me, this is extremely unprofessional, so I decided to follow up and email the contact address listed on their website. Nearly 72 hours later and I still have not had a reply.

Patti and her team are one a kind. Doesn’t matter whether your listing is 400 thousand or 4 million, you still receive the highest quality of service. In the many times we have used her, we have never been disappointed. She surrounds herself with like minded efficient professionals. We have recommended her to many others who feel the same. We will continue to use Patti for all future real estate needs.

Adam Wachtel was great to work with! He got us full asking on our condo in 48 hours and helped us up size into a beautiful town house. He kept us updated along the way and handled everything professionally. Even after we finalized the sale he followed up to make sure everything was planned for the move in/ move out date and even came by on move in day with lunch. We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends and family... the guy is great at his job!!

The worst realtor in Richmond. The condo I purchased used Patti as the selling agent. She was rude when showing me the unit (like I was wasting her time). When it came time to get the keys after purchase she was (too busy) to bother to meet me to pick up the keys. She said the best she could do was leave the keys to my new condo in her personal mailbox at her house!! What a joke you should be ashamed of your behaviour. ***** DON’T USE PATTI MARTIN*****
