We’ve been fortunate to purchase our first home with Patti Martin Real Estate Group. Our realtor, Adam Wachtel, was excellent in making sure we understood the whole process. From the get go, he was able to keep us constantly updated on potential properties we may be interested in as Adam was very responsive through call, text, and email. During our viewings, Adam showed knowledge about each building’s recent repairs and strata management of each property.
