Especially as a first time home buyer and not having any experience going through this process, Wilson made my journey purchasing my first home a wonderful experience. When we went to view different homes, Wilson understood that I didn't have the prior experience to ask the right questions, so what did he do? He took time to understand my wants and needs and made sure that I didn't settle for anything less even if it meant it would take a longer time. When we found the unit I wanted, we were in a multiple bid situation, and keep in mind, I had a prior experience where I lost the bid on a unit I wanted and we all know how disheartening it feels when that happens. Wilson made sure to take all the steps necessary to give me the best chance to win the bid, and fast forward to now, I'm typing up this review in my new home because we won! I’m so impressed by the professionalism, communication skills, passions and endeavours that Wilson has presented to me during the whole process of property selling. Before signing the agency contract, Wilson had given me many pre-sale advices for free regarding various aspects in property selling procedure such as market situation, price level, competitions etc. Wilson has excellent expertise on property valuation. With his thorough review on the market and logical advice, my condo was successfully sold at a satisfactory price without being undervalued. I’m also very happy on the problem solving efficiency showed by Wilson and his team member Martin. Both of them are very familiar with the selling process with fast responding speed in tackling unexpected problem occurred. In my case, there is an assignment document problem which could affect the completion of the transaction at the end. On one hand Wilson’s team managed to convince the buyer to extend the contract’s deadline; on the other hand, they really tried every effort engaging in the intensive communication with lawyer and the Etoile’s developer to solve the problem eventually. In general, this is a very pleasant experience of property selling for me.
