She guided me through my purchase of a Coquitlam condo and made the entire process absolutely stress free. Linda is committed to her clients and goes out of her way to answer every question and address every possible concern in a timely, thorough fashion. She attended the inspection with me and arrived prepared with questions from her thorough review of strata documents which she had combed over on my behalf! Linda is extremely generous with her time and resources. She is warm, cheerful and an absolute delight to work with. p.s. She is also a dog lover!

If you're looking for a realtor (in the sea of them), stop what you're doing right now and call Linda! I could not recommend her enough. My partner and I worked with her to purchase our first condo. Then a short two years later had her sell our condo for us and help us into a new home. Our condo sold in a few days, and almost $100k over asking, in a market that was starting to turn!
