Buying a new home in Vancouver is no easy task. When we started our search we were in no particular rush and wanted to gain as much knowledge about the market as possible. We did not want to settle on a property. We went to 60 open houses and had plenty of interactions with many different realtors. During one of these open houses we met Pete and I could immediately sense his passion and professionalism.
