We decided to sell our house in Okotoks on kind of the spur of the moment. We had considered moving in the summer but decided to accelerate the timetable. We talked to Matt and he told us of his marketing plan and asked us if we would trust him. He anticipated listing out property on Thursday and selecting an offer on Monday. Well that didn't happen!! We trusted him and ended up with an acceptable (over listing) offer within about 6 hours of listing!! He knows his stuff and works with really good people who helped us with getting our house painted and staged. That all paid off - we never even had to be out of the house until closing! certainly can't say enough good things about Matt and his level of competence! Thanks Matt!
