Master negotiator, amazing realtor, and overall awesome person <3. I spent a year and a half searching for my dream apartment (I had very specific design requirements) and Shannon was there with me the whole time. She went above and beyond any expectations! (Even managed to get me viewings to a couple units I'd seen old adverts for but had sold years ago). She is literally that THAT good. I can't recommend her enough. Her professionalism, personality, skill, insight, and attention to details is without measure. She knows the market, was super helpful with recommending contractors, and has proven herself to be spot on with pricing and negotiations. I was totally blown away. Whenever I hear people trash talking realtors (it happens a lot in my line of work), I have to interject with my experience. There are some truly awesome ones out there and Shannon is at the top of that list - without a doubt. Bottom line / TLDR: I would 100% choose her again in the future and if you're reading this review looking for someone, you should choose her too! I wouldn't be in my new home if it wasn't for her.

We have bought and sold 3 homes with Shannon as our realtor and they have all been successes. Shannon was tireless in researching potential homes that fit our criteria and her in-depth knowledge of areas and condo buildings never ceases to amaze me. My most recent purchase of a condo was a real challenge in the present environment, but Shannon was quick to identify a great property and we were able to close quickly to complete the purchase. She is a great negotiator and knows the realty market so well that I would not hesitant to call upon her again when the time comes.

Shanz is punctual, kind-hearted, and professional. Goes without saying, she's up to date in all market trends and society's wants and needs. We haven't finalize out decision yet. My fiance and I met her during a viewing. She made us feel very comfortable and wanted.

If you are looking for an amazing realtor then Shannon is the one for you...and if you are looking for a person who will be your friend for life and work tirlessly for your benefit then Shannon is the one for you. I've worked with Shannon multiple times with many of our mututal cleints and am alwasy imensly impressed the mark she leaves in their lives.
