Since the age of 27, Siya has grown her own real estate portfolio to include four Airbnbs, three long-term rentals, and a commercial building in Nanaimo’s Old City Quarter—where her most notable renovation project, a 100-year-old heritage property, was featured in House and Home. Beyond her career, Siya is a mother, former yoga teacher, and committed volunteer. She has served on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, taught with Modo Yoga, and is now involved with the Surfrider Foundation Nanaimo, helping to protect the local coastline. Since making Nanaimo her home in 2014, she has embraced the island lifestyle and is passionate about helping others do the same.
