I would highly recommend working with Ravi Bhindi and Monir Said for home buying process. Ravi and his team were very patient throughout the process and guided us very well. With his vast experience in Real Estate, he helped us in staying away from bad deals in the peak of the market and helped us secure a beautiful and spacious townhome in good location. I am a first-time homebuyer and wasn't sure how to start my home search. Once I met Ravi Bhindi, he spent time educating me about the home buying process and showed me everything I should be aware of. He went over the cost involved when buying a home, some costs I wasn't aware of? Once our mortgage was approved, Ravi Bhindi took us for a few tours of multiple properties and shared his 20 years of real estate experience to guide us properly. We liked a property and wanted to make an offer on it, and Ravi told us we shouldn't make an offer after reading through some strata documents because that property had lots of problems.
