From the first time I called LaShaun of Heartandsoldyyc to sell my home I was received with great compassion and respect,given advise on how to prepare the home for viewing in it's best light. Also given an offer to help prepare my home. Was kept up to date on all showing and comments on my home. It was so nice to be able to call LaShaun or Ashlee any time I had a concern or question and be able to get the answers I needed to move forward.For never having sold a home before I was well informed of every step of the process that was required. If I was given the chance to use the services of Heartandsoldyyc agian I would, I highly recommend these two Ladies. I recently sold my house . Heart & sold was amazing. Ashlee Samaska was my realtor and she gave excellent advice on how to set up my home to get top dollar. She is so professional and keeps you updated on everything as far as steps to selling my home.no matter how busy she is , she takes the time to explain , and is very organized. We listed my house and less than 24 hrs later we got an offer. Sold it for very close to asking price:) Ashlee is also very patient and sweet and takes the stress of selling a home so much easier.
