Lynn and I were very fortunate to have been able to engage Brandy and the Ken Rigel Group to remotely assist us (we are presently in Whitehorse YT) in purchasing a home in Cochrane. Our daughter, recommended them, and we were extremely satisfied with the attention and service we received. After having three children, we had outgrown our infill in Killarney. It was a difficult decision to sell our family home but after our children left, we realized we needed something smaller and we also wanted to be closer to our grandchildren. When it was time to choose a realtor, we knew we wanted someone who had a comprehensive approach to marketing our home and who would be a strong advocate for us in the sale of the house. We weren't planning on buying right away honestly. We had the pleasure of working with Brandy as we searched for and found our first new home. She is professional, fun and really good at the real state world in Calgary. Brandy has been a savior for us in the last few weeks. Our dad passed away suddenly and we had to downsize and find a place for our mom to live in. Lauren Crouse was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the areas of Cochrane and gave us listings that fit our must haves, wish list and on budget. She was accommodating to our timelines and used her contacts in the area to help us facilitate the sale. During the showings, she asked us questions to help us rank our choices and make decisions. She was there when we needed her but also gave us space to empower us into making our own decisions. We cannot recommend Lauren enough.

After losing my wife three years ago my mobility was declining and it was time to move to a senior's Manor where everything was provided and on one floor. I was looking for a straight shooter as my realtor, someone who would not tell me what he thought i wanted to hear but dealt with me honestly. I called to inquire a house in Acadia that is up for sale. Brandy answered my questions about the house even though it was not her listing. I inquired about the price of my house to which she said she will call me back. It has been 3 weeks and no follow-up.

We were looking for a unicorn of a house for our family, and Ken stuck with us for a couple years while we did so. He showed us lots of houses, some of which he knew weren't right for us, even though we thought they might have been! Once we did find our forever home and completed the 18 months of renovations on it, which Ken made recommendations on , Ken was instrumental in getting our prior house listed and sold. Ken helped us with all of the aspects, including prepping the house, guidance to touching up what needed to be touched up, and steering us away from items which didn't, and maximizing sale price, with a quick sale. We ended up with a firm deal 12 days after listing! Ken is kind, helpful, warm, thoughtful, and was great to deal with through the entire process! I highly recommend him!
