Walnut Grove is a small community that is part of the Township of Langley (an entirely separate city from Langley). The neighbourhood is mostly for commuters, as it offers easy access to much of the Lower Mainland.
Walnut Grove hosts one of the best-rated community centres in the Lower Mainland, the Walnut Grove Community Centre, which has a full-sized indoor pool and gymnasium, sports fields, a large fitness facility and a café.
As the area’s newest community, Walnut Grove offers a number of contemporary houses and townhouses. House hunters can enjoy a wide variety of options, ranging from small homes to large acreage estates, and numerous residential areas to choose from.

Residents can also take advantage of several nearby regional parks, including Derby Reach Regional Park, which features walking trails, fishing, and picnic areas.
Another unique feature in the area is the Fort-to-Fort Trail for walks along the Fraser River, which offers beautiful views of McMillan Island.
Walnut Grove Transportation
TransLink offers numerous bus services to the Walnut Grove area, including the 388 Walnut Grove route. Drivers can also take the TransCanada Highway, which is just south of the community and offers quick access to Downtown Vancouver.
