North of the Upper Levels Highway, the Upper Lonsdale community is one of the larger neighbourhoods on the North Shore. The community is widespread, and the real estate is just as varied as the neighbourhood.

Upper Lonsdale is divided into vertical halves by Lonsdale Avenue, a major shopping destination in the area. At the corner of Lonsdale Avenue and Queens, you can find the Queens Cross Pub, a popular eating destination for locals. The area also offers a number of schools, which reflects the large number of families that have chosen to make this community their home.

Upper Lonsdale real estate includes some new construction homes and some spacious character houses and heritage homes. Residents also have plenty of low- and high-rise condos and townhouses to choose from, especially along Lonsdale Avenue. Home prices offer a wider range than many areas in the North Shore because of its great variety in the types of housing available on the market. Prices for homes in Upper Lonsdale range from $269,000 to $2,349,000, with a median list sold price of $929,450. Upper Lonsdale MLS Listings and upcoming open houses
