King George Corridor is a neighbourhood on the east side of South Surrey along the King George Highway. The community is on the eastern end of the Semiahoo Peninsula, toward Highway 99.

Because of its prime location - close to the area's largest highways with easy access to the rest of the Fraser Valley and Downtown Vancouver- King George Corridor is a desirable area for families who seek the lower real estate prices of the suburbs but with an easy commute to other areas in the Lower Mainland.

King George Corridor real estate is priced much lower than nearby communities in South Surrey such as Crescent Beach or Ocean Park. To the west is the South Surrey Arena, which hosts an ice arena for skating and hockey year round, and is adjacent to the South Surrey Athletic Park, which offers sports fields and walking trails.

King George Corridor Transportation

TransLink offers numerous bus services to the King George Corridor area, including the 590 Langley South/Surrey Centre, and the 399 King George B-Line routes. Drivers can take Highway 99 or King George Highway, which are the main thoroughfares of the community.
