For the first time ever, the price of a typical home in Greater Vancouver for all properties combined rose above $1 million

July's home sales in Greater Vancouver saw a slower month than last month and also July 2016. Greater Vancouver real estate did reach a now milestone this month, however, as the price of a typical composite home rose for the first time ever above the $1 million mark.
