Following a recovery in October, home sales in November were down on an annual and monthly basis – but condos are still in demand, according to statistics released by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board on December 2.
Detached home and townhouse prices were still considerably higher than one year ago, although they have seen some slight declines in recent months. Condo prices in the Valley, however, continue to rise both year over year and month over month.
