The highly popular Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in East Vancouver has seen dramatic changes in the last few years. While industrial businesses are moving out of the neighbourhood, newer businesses are moving in, with residential properties densifying at the same time.
Read on for the skinny on the highest- and lowest-priced condos, townhomes and houses currently on the market in Mount Pleasant East (note that Mount Pleasant West is a separate neighbourhood on the MLS®). While condos are king in this area, and currently range from less than $300,000 to $2.5 million, the townhouse and house listings are similarly varied.
