Heritage Woods was planned with families in mind. It pays tribute to the nature surrounding it, and maintains its own schools, parks and social centre. The sense of close-knit community is one reason so many families choose Heritage Woods.
Heritage Woods offers easy access to all amenities, including the bustling City of Port Moody city centre. Outdoor enthusiasts love the area, where you take a walk in Rock Point Park or a dip in Buntzen Lake all in the same community.
Heritage Woods real estate prices are a little high for the area and don’t have a wide range because of a general lack of attached housing, such as apartments and townhouses.
Prices for homes in Heritage Woods range from $789,900 to $1,500,000. The median list sold price for a house in Heritage Woods is $868,000.
