Yes, we know this isn’t the first time we’ve touched on this subject with our Storify articles, but our ears did prick up on Friday when Garth Turner said the housing market in Vancouver could drop by as much as 30-40% over the next few years.
A prophet of doom to some, a beacon of ‘call it how you see it’ to others. Whatever you think of Garth, one thing’s for sure: he certainly divides opinion.
