With all the talk of Chinese investment in the Vancouver real estate market, and following our popular article on properties viewed by US sources, we wanted to see which listings resonate most with our viewers from China.

The list is a surprisingly diverse collection of condos and detached houses from around the Lower Mainland. At the low end of the price scale is a New West two-bedroom condo listed at $580,000, while a $4 million Yaletown penthouse is the costliest. And three detached Metro Vancouver houses fill in the top five. Despite their varied locations, the common thread to all of these homes is that they’re each fabulous properties. But which is the most popular?
