Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

REW.ca is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep in the Vancouver area to promote its suite of real estate print and digital media solutions to the Real Estate industry. Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue and market share for REW.ca through outbound phone sales
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sign up targets
  • Present by phone complete online demos, and drive partner signups from new clients
  • Negotiate and create win–win opportunities with our partners
  • Become an expert by developing and maintaining a strong understanding and knowledge of the company’s products, new marketing technologies, competitive landscape and revenue generating tools
  • Maintain sales opportunities through a CRM system including follow-up, lead tracking, quotes, forecast and pipeline development

Skills and Experience

  • Digital advertising sales experience
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
  • Proven account management experience, strong customer service and previous success in developing new revenue and new accounts
  • Understanding the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market-sector targeting, product-offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc.
  • Exceptional relationship builder, great listener/consultative skills with unwavering positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a self starter who is motivated by hitting targets
  • Experience with sales management software
