We’re not surprised this Deep Cove property sold for more than its $3,988,800 sticker price, although we are surprised it took 70 days to do so. Yes please.

Just one official listing photo of the third-priciest property sale of last week – but it’s enough to sell us on this home! It sold for $550K under ask after 14 days on the market.

There are spectacular views of the ocean and city from all the principal rooms, plus a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub and a great outdoor kitchen. This property sold for the – ahem – unusual price of $6,428,571 after 64 days on market. That’s a chunk of change under the $728K asking price.
