Moody Park
The neighbourhood of Moody Park in the City of New Westminster centres on a multifaceted green space of the same name. In fact, the 23.78-acre Moody Park was the first park created after the incorporation of the city in 1860. While it originally offered a gun range, by 1908 the neighbourhood surrounding Moody Park was far too developed to allow such activity.
Moody Park real estate is located in the area between 10th Avenue and 6th Avenue, and between 12th Street and 6th Street. Many older homes have in recent years been renovated and restored, improving the look and value of the neighbourhood a great deal.

Moody Park is also home to New Westminster’s Youth Centre, Century House and the New Westminster Lawn Bowling Club.
